Gamblers Bonus is a multi-location players club, the rewards program operated by Century Gaming Technologies. We built the custom web application their staff use to run it: one system for members, promotions, communications and reporting across every location.
Staff manage the full player database and build promotions with their own artwork, scheduling, and per-location visibility. Email campaigns run end to end: upload a member list, pick a promotion and template, preview the message, and send. Reusable email and promotion templates keep recurring offers quick to launch.
Players enroll themselves through an automated public sign-up flow that verifies identity against a state ID and adds them straight to the database. Once they're members, they log in to a personal dashboard to check their points balance and membership details. Promotions, campaigns, and player locks and bans all carry a full activity trail.
